Nachdem Blade (W. Snipes) seinen Mentor Whistler (K. Kristofferson), den er eigentlich für tot hielt, aufgespürt und befreit hat, möchte er sich neu erstarkt den Vampiren in Prag widmen. Doch dieser Plan wird durchkreuzt, denn es tauchen noch gefährlichere Wesen auf - die Reaper. Unter ihrem Anführer (L.
