Zwei hübsche amerikanische Mädels (Ashley C. Williams und Ashlynn Yennie) sind auf einem Road Trip in Europa unterwegs. In Deutschland haben sie eines Nachts eine Autopanne. Auf der Suche nach Hilfe stoßen sie im Wald auf eine abgelegene Villa. In dem großzügig angelegten Haus lebt der Arzt Dr. Josef Heiter (Dieter Laser) ein Einsiedlerleben. Er verspricht den beiden jungen Frauen Hilfe und täuscht ein Telefonat mit der Polizei vor. Nachdem er sie mit in Wasser gelösten Medikamenten betäubt hat, finden sich die beiden am nächsten Tag gefangen in einem Kellerverlies wieder. Aber sie sind nicht allein: Ein entführter japanischer Tourist und ein LKW-Fahrer sind auch gefangen. Nun beginnt der international anerkannte Chirurg für Siamesische Zwillinge, den Gefangenen seine wahnsinnige Vision eines menschlichen Tausendfüßlers näher zu bringen...
